Responsibilities
You’ll report directly to the Head of Commercial Property, taking ownership of a diverse caseload of local, regional, and national clients. From sales and purchases to remortgages and lease transactions, this is a role that offers variety, challenge, and client interaction.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a mixed caseload of owner-occupied and investment properties.
- Acting for landlords and tenants in lease transactions.
- Drafting meticulous correspondence, reports, and legal documents.
- Providing exceptional client care while meeting and exceeding billing targets.
- Playing an active role in business development and networking to grow the client base.
- Staying sharp by maintaining and updating your legal knowledge.
Qualifications
We’re looking for a super-organised, personable, and proactive solicitor who thrives in a collaborative environment. You’ll need:
✔ A current Practicing Certificate (with no open disciplinary decisions).
✔ 3+ years PQE in Commercial Property.
✔ A commitment to continuing professional development.
✔ Excellent communication skills, a meticulous eye for detail, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
