About the Role

As the HR Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving the people strategy to align with business objectives. This includes overseeing key HR functions such as talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, learning & development, and compliance. You’ll be a trusted advisor to senior management, while fostering a positive workplace culture that attracts, develops, and retains top talent.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR policies and strategies that align with organisational goals.
  • Lead recruitment efforts to attract and hire the best talent.
  • Manage employee relations, providing guidance and support to ensure a harmonious workplace.
  • Oversee performance management processes, driving a culture of feedback and continuous improvement.
  • Identify and address training and development needs across the organisation.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
  • Analyse HR metrics to inform decision-making and improve operational effectiveness.
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.

About You

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (CIPD Level 5 or 7 qualification is a plus).
  • Proven experience in a senior HR role, ideally within the Healthcare sector.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving.
  • Exceptional organisational and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
